This is my first original project rendered in Marmoset, then post-processed with Photoshop. All props are built in Maya and textured in Substance Painter. The scene was set on an ordinary night, while a group of kids decided to enter an abandoned hospital for urban exploration, then being chased off by something in the dark.
This project introduced me to 3D environment lighting and environment storytelling, and was also my first time creating a non-procedural glass material in Substance Painter. It was both challenging and very fun for me to try to convey the scene and the surface textures with limited light sources, such as the moonlight and the flashlight.
